I just sent a quick message to B.C.’s new cabinet ministers, encouraging them to let the PRGT pipeline project expire.

This Christy Clark-era fracked gas proposal is fiercely opposed by communities along the pipeline route. If built, it would be subsidized by every family in B.C. through higher utility bills.

Right now the company’s lobbyists are demanding the government give them what’s called a “substantial start,” using a loophole in the law to keep the 10-year-old project alive.

We need to speak up loudly and clearly in the next few weeks to balance out the pressure from PRGT. Will you send a message to B.C.’s newly appointed cabinet ministers?
