Flood the NEB with faxes

The federal courts quashed Justin Trudeau’s approval of the Trans Mountain pipeline and oil tanker expansion.

Now, he’s sent the project back for another rigged review by Harper’s National Energy Board.

In August, the Federal Court of Appeal found the previous NEB review of Trans Mountain was “so flawed,” the Trudeau government couldn’t legally rely upon it for their project approval.

This time around, the board has to consider the risks from hundreds more oil tankers a year traveling through Burrard Inlet and the Salish Sea, including the impacts on the endangered southern resident orca population.

The NEB is accepting public comments on their Trans Mountain reconsideration — not by e-mail, but by fax! — through November 20.

Give them a piece of your mind.
