Confronting the Past

Fossil fuel politicians like Pierre Poilievre are itching to reverse the North Coast Tanker Ban, an important piece of legislation that prohibits oil tankers carrying more than 12,500 metric tons of crude oil from sailing in remote B.C. waterways.

But it’s not just federal politicians we have to keep an eye on. Ministers Adrian Dix and Tamara Davidson have a big decision to make this spring: whether they’ll approve American-funded fracked gas pipeline, the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission line.

Dogwood staff and volunteers are not taking this lying down. With your support, we’re showing up at the offices and events of high-level decisions makers, demanding they answer for supporting dirty fracked gas.

Chip in what you can right now to hold oil and gas politicians accountable!
